Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy applies to all orders placed with us.

Delivery Options

In-store Pickup: Available for cakes, pastries, cookies, flowers, and chocolates from Monday to Sunday, 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

Home Delivery:

Standard Delivery (Local orders): Delivered within 4–6 hours of order confirmation (same day) for orders placed before 4:00 PM.

Next-Day Delivery: Orders placed after 4:00 PM will be delivered the following day.

Outstation Orders (if applicable): Delivered within 2–5 business days, depending on the location.

🚚 Free Shipping is available on website orders above ₹1500/-.

If your delivery is delayed for any reason, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide a revised estimated delivery time.

Since our products are perishable food items, we do not accept returns once an order is delivered. However, if your order is:

Delivered in a damaged condition,

Contains the wrong items, or

Is otherwise not as described,

please contact us immediately at the details below. We will either replace the product or issue a refund at our discretion.
