In case if a wrong or a defective product has been sent, do let us know at the earliest. You can write to us at support@mopho.co.in or call us at +919605115566 (10:00 AM – 06:00 PM, Monday – Sunday).
The acceptance of order is subject to availability of products, delivery areas and time. The order may or may not be accepted. The order might be cancelled after assessing the circumstances and communicated to customer. In such case amount paid by customer is fully refunded to bank account.
For COD orders, approved refunds to customer will be processed through bank. Once refund has been initiated by Mopho, refund takes 3 to 7 business days to reflect in your account.
For Advance Orders, cancellation must be raised by customers at least 24 hours earlier to be entitled for a refund.
Delivery timings, if promised cannot be guaranteed in case of special circumstances like extreme weather conditions, riots, strikes, elections, bandhs, containment zone (lockdown areas) and / or any other exigent circumstances. The order cancellation will not be possible in such circumstances and re-funds will not executed unless we are aware of the situation at least 24 hours before the delivery time.
No cancellation requests are accepted on orders placed in following categories.
1. Same day delivery – If your date of placing an order and delivery date of that order are same, we do not accept cancellation request. If you cancel it, or receiver does not receive it – you are not entitled to any refund.
